Very disappointed
There are problems with their site and they do not respond at all to fix it. Became a member for 3 months and their system will not give me messages. It thinks I am a new person who has not signed up and will not let me see the messages. Very disappointed

Match is like a claw machine
I spent $140 just to have a legit profile. No one responds to your messages. I called custom service. He just insulted on my ego. Out of six wasteful months, I only received two messages in which they only responded once. When you’re subscribed, you know that you will receive no responses. Unless, you pay more money. But, the chances increase by little. Match is like a claw machine. You got to keep paying, but nothing happens.

Don't use this site.
I have used asia charm and got tricked into paying for credits which are ridiculously expensive, it’s seems all too good to be true, it’s a scam website, I talked to women I thought were real, they said they had travelled to my city and wanted to meet but the site stops you from sharing personal information , and then those women mysteriously disappeared from the site, don’t use this site.

Anastasiadate is a joke and they charge to get the same thing that other places offer for free. Their I.T. stinks and they respond at a snails pace. They attempted to tell me that because I am over 50, I could not contact members between the age of 18-30, and then there scientific match sends crap of those that look like nursing ( over 60 ) home candidates. Save your money people, they attempted to get me to stay by offering 2 weeks free, PHHHHAAAART!!! gees I felt better after that as opposed to two free weeks of their crap!!!

Absolutely terrible site. Joined because of a couple pf people I wanted to contact and after I joined they disappeared – bait and switch. You have to PAY for EVERYTHING!!!/ No explanation of how to use anything. You cannot save for or search for a specific person. I wish Indiana had a 3 business day refund law – I would be OUT!!!!

Stay away from Chinalove!!
Besides the lack of users, I’m not sure which ones are real or not. But after paying the subscription fee you then have to purchase coins to use certain chinalove services. It makes chinalove look like a scam and not worth the time and effort. They are more concerned about making money off of its users than making connections. Out of all the dating sites out there stay away from this one.

Okcupid have crappy service
I’ve used this site for nearly 4 years. I haven’t had a lot of luck here but that’s not really my issue. My issue is how they were indiscriminate against a photo that I was pretty sure was aligned with their terms of service. This is the same one I’ve used on other sites with better results without much hassle. When I asked and complained about it they refused to reply. They’ve had worse pictures on that stupid site and a ton of them are ten times more offensive than a goofy picture of me. Sorry not only do you have crappy dates you also have crappy service.

Just stay away from Elitesingles
As most have already stated, this site has serious flaws. My 3 month “subscription” ended in only about six weeks. It appears that the customers have agreed to auto-renew (in the fine print–and they also promised not to file class action lawsuits). I am unable to contact customer service as the auto-response states my Email / password is unknown. The only option to cancel membership and avoid auto-renew is to sign in to “my account” for a password re-set– yet after one month, no password re-set link has arrived. I am LOCKED out of my own account. There is a phone number in Germany, as well as a FAX–but there is no E-mail for this company that I can find. Nonetheless, I continue to receive “advertisements” from Elite Singles (not matches) to the email that they insist is not valid.I was matched with “any living breathing male within a 300 mile radius”– regardless of my personal preferences–anything but ELITE.

Amolatina is very expensive
I think the girls get kick backs, so the more they keep you going the more money they all make. Why do I think this, because I was in communications with one girl for a while and then I found her on face-book. She added me as a friend but would not use face-book only Amolatina, I think its because they get money from it also. So why not use face-book, its free right. Because then they don’t make money.

Website doesn't do what it advertises
Well what can I say. The website doesn’t do what it advertises and if some people can’t even be bother to type out a quick, little message but are okay with sticking with the like button, than that really tells me that people need to start going back to the more traditional methods of meeting people.

What an utter waste of time, effort and money. This platform is literally overflowing with fake profiles that have nothing other than a picture. I send messages only to people that have some sort of description on their profile but <5% of these ever convert into someone even looking at my profile which leads me to think that they're also fake. Avoid this site if you can.

They won't give me a refund
I selected what I thought was a free trial and was immediately charge $100 dollars before the free trial even ended and I cancelled the purchase immediately when I noticed ( within 10 minutes of using the app ( within 24 hours) ) which under their own policy would count for a refund. They say I can’t get a refund and to contact google knowing that full well that they won’t give me a refund.

My account was blocked
I tried to log in to my account a few days ago and suddenly my account has been blocked for violating “community guidelines” or “terms and conditions” which I then re-read to double check and I did not violate any of these policies. I then proceeded to contact customer service to try and rectify the problem to which I received a very vague answer. My account was blocked for no apparent reason, I have read everything over and over again and my account did not violate any guidelines or etc. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The reviews on this site are absolutely true. I wish I could stop people from wasting their money. Half the profiles don’t have a picture. And the ones that do aren’t even local. And the ones that are look like they just fell off a prison bus. They make it so difficult to cancel the renewal. There has to be better sites out there. Please beware.

Lovinga site is a scam. When you initially sign up they don’t charge anything. But then you get emails saying you have messages. And you can’t read them unless you pay to join. And they bombard you with emails saying you have messages. And then when you join it turns out that the messages are fake. From people very far away, or not close to your own age, etc.

This is a scam, I was given a hit about ten minutes after I posted my picture, we had a conversation and exchanged views, it looked as though we were getting on and were arranging to meet up…however the following day all our correspondence was deleted and I was informed that I had used up my time and it was obvious thar if I wished to continue it was going to cost…this is a scam, I think the person I was corresponding with didn’t exist and it was a come on to get me to subscribe. I’m glad i didn’t sink any cash into it.

Nonrefundable regardless
After spending a ridiculous amount of time answering questions, you’ll discover that you have to pay to get any idea of what the available population is like. After paying, you discover that the population is minuscule and that your payment for 3 months is nonrefundable regardless.

Extra charges for everything
Every time I go on the site, I am told someone has viewed my profile but I can never find the profile of that person. I cannot search a person by location (postal code) even though it is supposed to be an option. Finally, there are extra charges for everything. Overall the site is a confusing incoherent scam to gouge we fools who have subscribed to it. I must add that Match.com is just as bad. These parasites are cursed and should be put out of business and our misery.

Dating.com is the most questionable dating website I have ever used. I honestly don’t know if the people on the site even exist. The website tells me I have a slew of “connections” but I don’t know where they came from because I didn’t create them. It seems like the website sends automatic responses to people on my behalf without my permission. I have not subscribed but used the site for free to get a feel for its “usability”. I am grateful that I did not bother to waste my money on what seems like a hoax. Many other reputable dating websites exist – Dating.com is a joke – just a place to fool around without any real results.

I found your dating site easy to navigate and use there are how ever a few problems like most sites you get the fakes which was a problem and people who are not what they say they are and the money hunters, but in general all worked well.

Keep away
I went on this site for free. I did not sign up to any agreement. On looking on line there fee is $9.99 or thereabouts a month. For the last two months since I viewed their site they have deducted $99.00. I lodged a complaint with PayPal and they said I had a payment agreement wit B2. As far as I know I never agreed to any deductions let alone $99.00 a month. All I did was take up the free offer and have a look. Keep away from this site it is not safe if they can trick you like that. Also there should be stronger consumer protection against such people.

I am new to the area that I live and trying to find people around me. Even though I continually try to make my range settings smaller and smaller it doesn’t change a thing. I found that the same profiles on other cheaper sites were also on this site. However, my primary concern and gripe is that I’m finding it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel my subscription. They have automatically renewed my subscription even after I’d made it very clear that I wanted to cancel through 3 emails. All ignored. Now I’m going to try and get my money back and stop them billing me again.

This is a horrible site – please don’t waste your time with them. They take it upon themselves to adjust whatever photo you have posted and edit/change it to show only your face – I mean a very, very, very zoomed in shot of your face. I was horrified when I checked my profile and all I saw was my face, every line, wrinkle and scar – none of the background images of boats or gardens or nature – just a big FACE. How embarrassing. As I said, keep clear of these nasty people.

This is just another money grabbing dating site that uses up sell to increase revenue. You pay exorbitant rates then once your on if you want increased exposure. Safe Website

I had my profile set to hidden and hadn’t filled out much along with uploading one photo. All of a sudden I get bombarded with sleezy messages. I was really put off by it and contacted customer service for a refund and to de-activate my account. No response of course. I’ll stick with eharmony, they have a better reputation and only matches can contact you along with having settings that work correctly.

Totally Fraud
When it comes to dating and relationships you expect a website to have a certain amount of care for its customers; after all aren’t they there to help you find friendship and love? Matches can be hundreds of miles away (in my case across the Irish Sea). My main gripe is the auto-renewal, which it will do after the initial subscription and you no longer have the right of withdrawal as it expires after the 14 day initial subscription. I had no email outlying the terms of the contract and I thought I’d set it up to NOT auto renew yet it did. So, read the Terms of the Contract carefully, make sure you check at least 7 days before that it will not auto renew and take snapshots of all your emails with regard to your subscription. The fact that they have clauses to stop you cancelling easily should in itself sound alarm bells. “They’re after your money love,” as we Yorkshire folk would say.
